Purchases made in December were submitted to my bank, I received a latter 12/28 I called three times. No answer.

Went online and found another number after 15 minutes, someone answered. Said sorry they were busy. I explained that I had gone to the store and tired to change my banking information and no one told me I had to do it by phone. rged me $20.00 for each purchase and again sorry to adjustment on that can be made.

This is not a debit card. It is a check submitted to your bank later, so they ran them on my closed bank account, when I changed.

Enjoy my $$ target. I cancelled my Red Card, not worth 5% for the aggravation.

You irresponsibility to maintain a bank account and credit card is not Target's fault. How are not able to understand the difference between a debit card and a credit card.

I mean that's something everyone knows when they open a bank account. I can understand if they were rude, but they were probably busy helping people with problems they didn't cause themselves.
