Purchases made in December were submitted to my bank, I received a latter 12/28 I called three times. No answer.
Went online and found another number after 15 minutes, someone answered. Said sorry they were busy. I explained that I had gone to the store and tired to change my banking information and no one told me I had to do it by phone. rged me $20.00 for each purchase and again sorry to adjustment on that can be made.
This is not a debit card. It is a check submitted to your bank later, so they ran them on my closed bank account, when I changed.
Enjoy my $$ target. I cancelled my Red Card, not worth 5% for the aggravation.
