I submitted a claim on the Sony Camcorder I purchased on 11/29/2010 for $149.99, and the gift card I received had no bar code on it when I went into the Target store to use it. I called and they apologized and said they would send me out a new card in 7-10 days.

After 2 weeks, I did not receive the card, I called back and they said they would cancel the card and send me out a new one in 7-10 days. I still have not received it, and when I called back, they said they had no supervisor there and to call back the next day.

I called today, and was hung up on after being on hold for 10 minutes for a supervisor, so i called again and they said they can't see that a gift card has been re-sent, and they couldn't get a hold of a supervisor and told me to keep calling back. How am I supposed to get my gift card?
