Shopped @ the Stonecrest Target in Charlotte yesterday and purchased 3 bars of Kraft chunk cheese, price on shelf was a sale price, item rang at regular price. Did not discover error until home, call MOD, receive a rather lame response, only stated that they would look into it.
Thought that calling national Customer Service would incur a more receptive response, but received a similar flaccid response, and was told to call my credit card company to contest the charges. Have been very disappointed by Target policies and lack of customer service on several occasions, and have reduced visit frequency in response.
Have also found that several Target stores in the Charlotte area charge have different pricing on same items, was informed that they do not match the pricing of other Target stores.
