I wanted to purchase a thumb drive which requires a Target employee to unlock from the display. I talked with two employees and only the second one was able via radio to locate and request help with this purchase.
The electronics employee indicated they would be right over. I waited in the aisle for in excess of 10 minutes and no employee ever appeared. I decided that this was long enough and decided to take my business elsewhere as it appeared that Target staff could not be bothered.
I then walked around the department and could not find any Target employee. Great Customer Service.

Preferred solution: Have employees stay in their department and be more responsive and to determine a better means to secure electronic devices so that a customer can more easily review the information on the package and to purchase it without having to chase down staff. .
