I ordered a gift card on 2/1/18 and paid for rush shipping. The item shows delivered and signed for but not by me.

I contacted ups and was told to contact target in reference to the issue. Iโ€™ve contacted target 7 times and have been given a run around. I was told I would be contacted within 3-4 days and have not heard from anyone. Iโ€™ve called and asked to speak to a senior specialist and they are rude and donโ€™t care at all about my issue.

All they say is โ€œyou have to waitโ€ Target did not have to wait for me to pay for the item and now Iโ€™m given a run around and told to wait. Iโ€™m extremely upset and have had to deal with some of the worst and rudest senior specialist. I spend about $200-$300 a week in target because I feel they have the best products and good quality food and veggies. Iโ€™m at the point where I will no longer be shopping in target at all.

Their total disregard and lack of concern for their customers issues is the main reason. I will also be posting reviews on all sites available.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

If the item shows delivered by UPS, then you have to file a claim with UPS! How is it the stores fault when your order was delivered??? They did their job by shipping it.

You have failed Complaints 101.Nowhere is there mention of a written letter of complaint served via Certified Mail return receipt requested.You've wasted a lot of time and upset yourself when you should have conducted all business in writing at the first sign of trouble ; easy , cheap, quick.Nobody seems to remember that these days and they inflict agony on themselves.Learn to write a proper one sided sheet letter of complaint briefly describing the problem, the circumstances, costs, and requested remedy. State that you will allow 7 business days for a reply before further action is taken.Be polite, be brief.
