Not resolved

Payment of Total amount owed before the due date did not make credit limit available for 9 days.

Amount was paid in cash at a Target store. Eight days later, credit line was still at the before payment level.

Second time this has happened.Beware of this poor policy when using a line of credit for expenses for the month and then paying it off in full. When you call, all of a sudden the cash payment that was on hold is released.

Called and talked to customer service and they repeated the same scenario again and again refusing to say why the cash payment was put on hold for over a week. The broken record policy of saying the same written explanation again and again is frustrating and does not resolve the problem in a timely manner.
