On January 31, paid off the Target Visa with a payment of near $3000. Six days later and still nothing changed with the available credit.
If I charge a gallon of milk the charge is on the account before I can get home and log in. If I make a 1 day late payment, the penalty charge is processed and levied immediately. I pay off the account and a week later, no updates to my spending limit. Have spoken with 2 different customer service reps, make 2 different conference calls to make bank to verify payment, and spoke with a 3rd representative about the ongoing situation only to be put on hold for 10 minutes and then cutoff.
Coincidentally or not, all three representatives spoken with had a heavy accent which made it difficult to relay information and appears to have played a roll in this situation only getting more difficult and frustrating after calling Target for help. We will no longer be doing business with Target............................
