Totally pissed off with the order that i made online. The estimated date of order arrival was mentioned to be 8 days on Free shipping.

They also sent me a UPS tracking information. However, whenever i checked the status in UPS, it says that the shipment has not yet arrived to the facility. When called the customer service, they asked me to wait for 2 more days. Now its 10th day, and still not received.

Customer service don't have very clear information whether the order has been processed or not. There is no detail information for tracking the order from the source to destination.
