Purchased a deal online for buy 2 get 1 free. One of the items was for an in store pick up.

The other 2 items were to be shipped at a later date. A few days after I placed the online order I received an email stating one of the 3 items was canceled. I called customer service for help about my order. The representative said the in store pick up item was canceled because it wasn't picked up.

The representative also said I should have received an email telling me my order was ready. I told the representative I did not receive any emails from target stating my item was ready for pick up. Only an email stating my order had been canceled.

The representative informed me that if I wanted the items I would have to submit a new online order. When I tried reordering my items I was unable to because they were out of stock.
