I made a discounted purchase from Target.com. They sent me the wrong item and pretty much said this what you're getting.

Tried to return it and the store would not take it back. When I tried to resolve the issue they said I could return the wrong item and buy the right one at full price. That's not good business and the customer service for in the store and website was awful. I recommend people sticking to Wal-Mart.

They would have never done this. This was the worst experience Iv'e ever had shopping and will never return there again.

Well the problem with returning online items is that you have to go online to print out the original receipt. I do agree, that some customer service reps are LAZY and will not show you how to get this receipt.

But you should be able to return it that way, and if you paid by credit card.. it should be issued back in the way you paid for it.
