So I ordered a dress online and paid through Paypal. Paypal got the order and sent Target the money.
No package, no order number ever came. When I called their customer service line, I spent an average wait time of 8 minutes to get a rep. Each time I was hung up on after being put on hold for another 5 minutes "let me look into your account." Finally I asked for a Supervisor and was put on hold for 10 minutes followed by a hang up. No one had even gotten to asking me any information about my order or who I was.
So I went to online and tried to email them with their complaint form. Whatever I wrote in the comment box, it would kick back saying "not a valid comment or question" and asked me to call Customer Service.
