I ordered 7 items online to be delivered to my Grandson for Christmas, he lives in another state. All items arrived with the exception of one, instead of a shirt, they sent me a pair of woman's size 11 slippers.
Upon contacting Target, I get a ccs who I can hardly understand who told me to take the slippers to the nearest store for a refund and she would 're-order' the shirt for pick up at the store..............after spending 45 minutes on the phone with her we were disconnected. When I called back I had to explain all over again what the problem was. This girl told me that they would have to investigate the item as it looked like the item number was wrong in the warehouse and has to be fixed, and by the way, this will take 2 weeks.
But hey, the shirt might be in the store, so look there.
Needless to say, I now have to ask a relative in another state to return the *** slippers to a store near them just to get my refund and I'm still out the shirt.............I will never order from them again. Online shopping convenience, what a joke.
