Bolingbrook, IL. Store Manager advised customers are allowed ONE transaction per day and will be denied one than one per day.
I bought some toilet paper and was give a $5.00 gift card for the purchase which I wanted to use on my next purchase which was a different transaction and was told NO.
I spoke with the store manager and she advised that it was a new corporate policy to increase profits but she did have the authority to override that policy at her choosing, I ask her if she would and she said NO I don't want to let you do that. I said I was unhappy and will not shop at Target again she said OK don't shop here and left.
Called corporate and was told the same thing. The policy is in place for profits and for rellers and coupon fraud, gee this was one purchase not multi purchases.
It was clear PROFITS and not CUSTOMERS at Target.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of limits on the number of times you can purchase in one day. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of target manager and associated monetary loss in the amount of $10. Target needs to issue a partial refund according to poster's claims.
