Chatting with their Cust Service and intentionally cut off by rep when the conversation got intense. Then i called the number and same, they want to end my refund request.

I know they're in the Philippines.

I hear the other reps talking and laughing in their office while i was trying to resolve my issues. I guess my rep was eager to join their fun conversation that's why she wants to end my call.

When you conversation got "intense" did it include your using foul language or name calling? If it did, I would have hung up on you as well.

Customer service representatives don't need to listen to abusive customers. If people can't make a complaint in a civilized manner and can't control themselves when they don't get their way they shouldn't expect anyone to want to help them.
