On 6/3/14 the True Blood Blu ray combo pack (with DVD and digital copy) is advertised for 34.99. I contacted a team member after about 10 minutes of locating someone.

He could not find the combo pack with the DVD copy, and we proceeded to go to the checkout and see if any could be located at a DVD display at the front of the store. None were there either, so the team member (who had been very helpful) contacted another team member (who was also helpful). Both were unsure what to do since none could still be located (on the release date). They contacted a manager ( who was rude and named Natalie).

She said there was nothing that the store could do and that the ad must be misprinted. A NATIONAL ad, and they could not do anything about it.

Target is a large company that normally tries to keep their guests happy, but this guest aint' happy !!! While the others were helpful, she was rude and didn't care whether guests are happy or not, even when the store advertises something appantly that they do not have or will not fix if the ad is wrong.

Monetary Loss: $35.

As a Target employee, yes. This happens all of the time and it sucks.

I do everything I can to help a guest and prevent them from treating my like garbage due to a corporate mistake because corporate is full of ***-monkeys. Seriously.

Don't you know that this person is a child, only a child would be mistaking being told no as rudeness. They need an adult to read the ad for them.

If you read the ad you would also see this "Quantities limited; no rain checks." So this particular store had none in stock or sold out and because no rain checks are offered could not provide one in the future. So based on these 2 facts I'm not sure what you wanted them to do.
