I purchased a Microsoft office 365 card for a one year subscription and the store did not activate it properly. I have talked to numerous people and have a case number at the corporate office for over two weeks now.
No communications back to me much less any activation of the card. I told them yesterday that if they did not resolve it I would just go on the websites and let everybody know not to shop at Target!
What a waste of good store space! No regard for customer service at all at the corporate level!
