My order at Target online was cancelled 28 days after order was accepted
Target advertised a new service - shipping to Israel - in the beginning of September. I ordered items at Target Online on 9/6/2017.
Yesterday 10/3/2017 , 28 days after the purchase I received a cancellation without any explanation. Yes, my bank account was not charged but I think the company that values its name can't behave like this. I heard about the mess that purchases from Israel caused for Target's logistics, but this does not excuse the above mentioned facts.
If the company is going to offer the service it must be sure that all potential customers are going to be satisfied. Needless to say that I'm not going to purchase anything from Target until I receive a compensation and not only an apology in an e-mail.
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
