I recently purchased a stuffed bunny from target, the next day I realized I didn't have the bunny. Called the store, spoke to a female at guest services, she said she had the bunny there at the guest services desk & would hold it for me.

Got to the store next day, only to find out bunny wasn't there. Was told by asst mgr that I couldn't have a refund because he checked the store video & could plainly see that I had left the store with the bunny, said he could even see it in the bag i carried out the door! Really.

I told him he was very rude, he really didn't seem too concerned. They just lost another customer.

Product or Service Mentioned: Target Manager.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $10.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Asst mgr attitude.
