I worked for target seven years and I've read the comments. They are very true and the blame should be put on the manager, especially when you know the manager has no inclination as to what to do himself.

I think when you are there for several years they don't want you to stay because they can pay a new employee much less. Emplyees are definitely overworked because they cut hours...target saves money. There are many accidents that should be reported but they are not because the employee is afraid to lose their job.

I know of at least two incidents.

Review about: Target Manager.

Jobs are hard to come by. It's up to the employee to keep their job even if that means kissing the managers but.

This is a privately owned company not the government job. If you don't like it quit!

Have you ever heard how this country was made "off of hard working backs". Whimp!

Why don't you sign this "disgrunted employee" Maybe if people were not horsing around and careful when working they would not get into accidents in the first place.
