I worked for target seven years and I've read the comments. They are very true and the blame should be put on the manager, especially when you know the manager has no inclination as to what to do himself.
I think when you are there for several years they don't want you to stay because they can pay a new employee much less. Emplyees are definitely overworked because they cut hours...target saves money. There are many accidents that should be reported but they are not because the employee is afraid to lose their job.
I know of at least two incidents.
