Recently we went to purchase iPhone 6s on. Wireless contract.
It was a Indian fish market experience. Crowded, waited for 5 hours to get the phone activated. Totally junk management and customer service. They really spoiled the thanks giving shopping experience and made a loss to target and to other shopping malls by blocking our purchase for hours.
Do you think this business will improve?
By the time I waited here, I would have made other purchases and increased sales to target. Don't know whether they will improve the business experience.
Reason of review: Spoiled my whole thanksgiving shopping.
Monetary Loss: $500.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Poor technology to interface customers, Time waster.
