Target - Horrible shipping experience
I had ordered a chest freezer on Saturday with 2 day shipping. Expected delivery date was Wednesday (First of all how is that 2 day shipping).
Then the item did not arrive on Wednesday and tracking showed no progress than original label created. Then I contacted their customer service through chat, I was told that my item is lost in their delivery network and he can order it again, so I will have to wait another couple of days (at least).
Because I had ordered it for party on Friday, I did not have time to wait. They said they can do nothing more about it and only could offer me $5 target credit for this horrible experience if I would wait for order.
After all of this, there is no point sticking with target, I ordered from bestbuy with next day delivery with professional installation at 5% less price than target.
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
Monetary Loss: $200.
Preferred solution: Offer complimentary 1 day shipping or full refund plus one day shipping cost.

Target isn't exactly the place I would order something like a freezer from.
