After being charged twice for an online pickup order, being on hold for 30 minutes after the fact, getting hung up on so calling back and being on hold for another 30 minutes to be told I need to talk to a specialist to refund the item the next day!!!!! Called the next day, customer service auto says "were sorry, but we have an unexpected volume of calls" and hangs up!!!

So day 3 after the fact, I call and am on hold for over an hour!!!!

THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ONE OF THE ITEMS!!!! SOOOOO PISSED!!!!

This reviewer shared experience about order processing issue and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any) as the author lost $9. The author is overall dissatisfied with Target. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.

Don't blame people for computer problems. This assumes you're telling the truth in the first place. As a former WalMart worker, most complaints we got were from scammers and thieves that didn't get their way...
