I ordered a text gift card for my granddaughters birthday. I had done this before no problems.

Money went out of my account almost immediately. Several hours later she still hasn't received her text. No text no text. I finally chat and get number to call and they tell me to wait 24 hours.

Ok i waited. Called again today. Same result. Wait 24 hours.

I explain that has been done. No i have to wait 24 hours. I explain it will then be 48 hours. The person i am talking to tells me her hands are tied the system will not let her do anything for 24 hours.

Well ok. 24 hours not 48 but anyway now whether or not she couldn't or wouldn't here i am writing a review because if a company has your money for a card, they should make the card available to the person it goes to. I am a grandmother on social security trying to provide a gift for a grandchild. I cant afford to donate $25 to Target.

Also i am here writing the review because when i clicked on that option on my account it suddenly wasnt available. They only want good reviews
