Order was damaged in transit. I am not sure if it has to do with packaging or not.
To replace order they kept me on hold off and on for over 58 minutes. They were rude on phone. They made me talk to different team people after long and long hold. I think they hope that I get tired and hangup.
After 58 minutes they gave me assurance that they will ship soon. Remain to be seen how soon i will rc'v my order. The people I talk to seems like don't care for you or your time.
I think they could have solve this in 10 minutes. took them over 58 minutes.
