Oct 20th Friday I had a bad experience with Target the sales associate Oscar is completely foreign and doesn't understand any English I spelled out my email address for him and he thinks a "b" is a "v" he transferred me to supervisor and he couldn't place my order because systems are down so he transferred me to another supervisor and I was on hold for too long so I hung up Oscar should be fired it would do him a favor to find another job he would be good with because he's not good with this one my email address: Debbie Gephart

Product or Service Mentioned: Target Customer Care.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Telephone foreign customer service.

Why didn't you just place the order on-line rather than calling a call center? Seem like you are able to get on-line here. Whats wrong with shopping on-line?
