Multiple trips to Target to purchase advertized item after calling store to check availability. Was told they had it.

They did not. This happened 2 times. At one point we had to wait an hour for clerk to complete meal because only one clerk was able to assist us in that department. Would not offer rain check.

Between calls and trips and waiting in store we wasted nearly 5 hours.

Worst yet calling corporate Target offered no help only a thank you for calling us. I guess they are keeping record of how many people they can get over on.

Reason of review: Advertised items not available.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Merchandise, Prices.

I didn't like: Lack of communication, Management.
