I have a new RED Card. I like to pay from the paper bill as my wife won't use the computer and she usually pays the bills.

I didn't receive my first month's bill.

When I received my second month's Email notice I paid the bill immediately including the $25.00 late charge plus interest.

When I called the rep. said I should have received it as everything was set up right. I did receive my card and second month statement by mail.

Did anyone else experience this problem or did my bill just get lost in the Christmas mail?

Monetary Loss: $27.
