Trying to avoid the crowd at the store, placed an order online with free shipping. Received one item and another was on back order.
About a week later was notified my other item is being shipped. It sounds too good to be true. The item received today arrived opened and the box all damaged. Who knows where the box came from.
Was very annoyed and very disappointed. Waiting for it and not what I expected. Returning the item and getting full refund. Got to repurchase it at the same discounted sale price.
Waste of my time.
Delivery co. have the obligation not to return damaged goods to clients.
Monetary Loss: $300.
