I was peppered sprayed at Target

4 months ago I was pepper sprayed by mistake at the Target Store in San Francisco. I assume they meant to spray some unruly customer to prevent them from entering the store.

It was a horrible experience. Pepper spray is extremely painful to the eyes. Security helped me rinse my eyes which took about an hour. However, the store let me leave without taking an incident report or my name and contact information.

I had to call them the following week to report the incident. I asked to file a claim, but I never heard back from their management or legal team.

Terrible customer service. The store director should be ashamed of herself and her team.

Don't have a baby registry at Target

I am recommending not to have a baby registry at Target. They run out of stock for the products and the welcome kit is not available at any of the stores.

I went to the nearby Target store and found no welcome kit.

Their customer service is also very poor. Avoid having a baby 7registry here.

I felt like I was a nobody, I called I called a corporate while I was still in the store and the court the lady corporate said that she could override what was going on I know the policy I understood the policy but we had just bought this thing 10 minutes and it was the wrong thing I wanted to do is change it for another game item and she said oh I already did it in the computer and that was a lie nothing did it was done in the computer and she was taking saying no we can't take that back can you take this back and you can take that back so
