How the call went

So I could not get customer service on line it was hard to find someone that is good for my question for a call and some other calls say food line ,electronic line and more but not the one I was looking for ,and one call said click on this button if you want to speak to a different person and no one even pick up the phone

It was terrible. After I explained my issue I got transferred over and over again for a total of 6 times. The last representative did not resolve my issue, gave me no satisfaction and hung up on me!!

False advertising and pricing

I contacted guests service on Monday to let them know store manager and district manager about the very poor customer service and the handling of a complete display having pricing but when you checked out everything was a great deal more expensive false pricing and bait and switch is what its called. Thank hod I watched pricing and even tho every item was marked and it wasnt a one off it was every item marked incorrectly apparently target in lake zurich is a big scam and try to rip people off.

I contacted guest services on Monday, but they do not care enough to respond to issues that are brought to their attention. Their customer service is very poor. They falsely advertise prices and have rude managers.

There is no closure the correcting the issue I called on. The problem still continues at the location on 3300 S Bristol Street Santa Ana and this shows that Target as a company doesn't care about their customers!

Phila PA Each of the 3 time I called customer service store phone would ring 10 times & then disconnect my call. I then Google'd Target Customer Service & got this connection. Thank you to Nikki

Unsatisfied
They are trying to force me to use a gift card after i went to 2 locations to pickup bench and BOTH store benches were damaged.
I only accept the gift card from the first location: Thinking it wouldn’t be an issue and surely not thinking it would be damaged at the SAME place on the other bench.
