I'm a Target customer since 2014. Last year at the store the cashier told i cannot use my card because it is an old one and i have to get a new one, one year after i finally gets it.

after i activated my card i wanted to purchase items on sale online, i couldn't use my card, i called and over the phone i have been told it was because of one missing payment, of course they thank me for my loyalty but sorry we understand your frustration unfortunately there is nothing we can do.....

After 7 years of excellent record and loyalty i would at least have them make a gesture a force my order to go through, because the sale on those item will be gone sorry i cannot help you at this point. I'm really disappointed.....

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

How do you come up with "7 years of excellent record and loyalty" if you have only been a customer since 2014?
