i bought a digital camera for $106.00 at a target store on 4/27/2013i i tried to use the camera a when i take pictures they have a green line through the bottom of the pictures so i went to return the camera 5 days later 5/3/2013 and was told since it was defective i would have to call the camera manufacturer,since then i have been given a complete run around and for the last 6 weeks and i want a refund asap of i'm going to turn all of this over to the attorney generals office !!i have spent more gas,time and money trying to get a refund this what this camera is worth !!

Monetary Loss: $106.

That is strange. Target does replace merchandise that is defective as long as it's within their return policy timeframe, which you were. I can't help but think there is a part of the story you are leaving out.

Or one of their many rogue employees who has a power problem and doesn't care what their policy is.
