I had a very bad customer service experience today at the store located in Matthews NC. To buy a pair of shoes which didn't have a price tag, I had to go back and forth from the checkout counter to guest service four times, which took me 30 minutes to get the transaction done. Above that, an employee, Mel, instead of apologizing was very very rude which I think was very wrong. Also she tried to make it feel that I was insulting another customer and being rude to her...which was meaningless. While she was closing my transaction, she acknowledged her presence of the next customer who walked in there. But all the while when I was waiting, she was like I don't exist and how weird is that. Turns out she is the Manager - Guest services. Now how ironic is that! Talk about leading by actions! Over all the worst experience I had ever at any departmental store.
