A baby stroller/car seat was purchased from my daughter' registry. They got 2 and needed to return one. They did not have receipt. They were only allowed to return item for a very few items and. Were treated horribly.

They could not even buy diapers with return voucher. This was their first pregnancy and needed everything, but due to limited code numbers they could choose from their experience was horrible.

What good are your registries when most of your cashiers do not know how to use them. This item was purchased from their registry, but the cashier did not show it as a registry item which caused even more trouble.

Please be assured we will spread the word that your registry is horrible and your customer service is even worse. We have been Target customers for many years, but no more!

Working at a target store I can tell you the item not being updated on the registry is not the cashiers fault. If the guest doesn't give the registry to the cashier they can't update it.

If they would have gave the list to the cashier like they are instructed to do so they would of been given a gift receipt. Your daughter could of also printed out her gift purchase log to return one.
