I ordered two products online at Target with the exact same address. One was delivered and one was marked "undelivered" (which does not make sense at all) and was sent back to Target co.

I called the customer service. AWFUL service. VERY rude. VERY impatient.

The employee was not even listening or letting me finish at all. I have to repeat several times. I tried to explain, and the employee just kept putting me on hold every few minutes without an explanation at all.

Then he/she just said "sorry, have a good day" and the person just hung up on me. It was frustrating!

Review about: Target Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $24.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Merchandise.

I didn't like: Customer service.
