I wish they train their employees better, ESPECIALLY those in electronics the basics of the warranty, and what it does and does not cover. So people can make a better decision on whether or not they want to waste their money in the first place.

I returned a one year of roku box and they gave us store credit. I brought a Nook, and brought a warranty, they told me, you have to call our 1800 number etc. Some stores are good, and some are bad because the employee does not know the procedures.

Any time I go anywhere and they hurry up and ask you "would you like to purchase the extended warranty?" I say no immediately, because they just want to sell you something they have no idea or clue what it really is, and what it really covers. From now on you can either bring it back within the ninety days, and or purchase a warranty and good luck.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $55.

Preferred solution: Store credit would be fine..
