Called ahead to Skillman/Abrams location for a Schwinn women's bike featured in this week's ad. Had two in stock.

Arrived at store but none on display. Finally found an employee who looked where I had already looked and then sought help to check the stockroom. Inventory showed 2 bikes at the location, but none could be found. 30 minutes later she is still holding on the phone to determine if the nearby Target has the bike.

They also show two in stock. Drive over there and none on display. Couldn't locate the salesperson the other store had been talking with so gave up and left. Overall time to wait and never find the item at two different stores was 45 minutes.

Ridiculous! They mean well but can't find their *** with both hands.

This reviewer shared experience about "wasted time and effort." and wants this business to offer any options to resolve the issue. The author is overall dissatisfied with Target. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
