Target is out of date with how associates and store handle the credit card. When I got the credit card I was told it was a discount card and not a credit card. To me that is lack of knowledge on the managers end. Most stores can look up your acct number to make purchases not target. The card have to be present. Target do better. Glad I paid off the acct so I will not have to deal with target

During the Christmas season, I visited 3 different stores. All 3 I was ripped off. Charged for items that I didn't want nor get, a brand new $50 gift card given to me only had $12.65 on it when I went to use it....hmmmm. Was I ripped off or the person that gave it to me?
