LG TV issues

I am not pissed, I just need to locate someone to come to my home and figure out a small issue with my LG TV. I'm sure that it is a simple problem...I am a baby boomer and can not figure out the problem, I keep making the issue worse. I just need some help. As a frequent customer who contributes to the everyday flow of income at this establishment, I was very disappointed in this morning interaction with staff. I later learned the staff member name is janeen(possibly spelled wrong) and she is a manager here at the Sacramento Arden location.

I tend to charge my vehicle in the parking lot of this location every morning and while doing so most days I go inside the location to shop.

On this particular day I arrived at the door two minutes earlier from open time at the same time the manager was entering the building I tried to get her attention to ask what time the store opened.

I approached her by saying excuse me maam .

She acknowledged my presence with a stare but completely ignored me n shut the door close. I was hoping she wasnt just trying be rude so I knocked on the door which she also ignore.

As I stood there waiting for the two minutes to pass I watched her through the window walk to the return section of store and proceed to have a conversation with an on duty staff member. Its was unclear to me if she was on duty at this point herself because she was now standing behind the counter at the register. She did walk in with a purse and I dont recall if she put it away at this moment but I do know at 8am when the doors opened up I walked straight to her counter where she was still standing having a non work related conversation with staff.

She was totally aware of me approaching them as she provided me with excellent eye contact.

I allowed them to finish their sentences before I again stated excuse me maam and she replied with Yes in a sarcastic manner.

I proceeded to say, I felt it was very rude of you to shut the door n my face when I was trying to get your attention

she replied oh well Im having hearing problems in both ears

I found this strange because the co worker she was talking with had a softer lower tone than me and the knock on the door. It seem she heard every word she said but states she couldnt hear me.

So I replied with ok Ill take that but I know you seen me even if you couldnt heat everything I said .. I know because you stare right as me while shutting the door.

she once again in a sarcastic tone said OKay

i proceeded to explain to her how upsetting it was to be handling in such manner and gave her advice to be more approachable and receptive to helping ALL customers not just onces who look like her. I explained to her in an upset but respectful tone that her actions makes me not want to be so respectful and that Id be wrong if I wished bad on her or said some not so nice things

Again she replied with an sarcastic Okay

so I walked off before I acted out how I was truly feeling at that moment.

I approached another staff and asked for a manager and thats when they told me she was the manager on duty but she has a boss as well named Chris and to reach out to him.

While doing my shop for a phone charger and Harry Potter book collection (total was over 100 dollars by the way) I walked into a gentleman who had a tag that said Chris.

I stop him on his tracks and asked if he was management.

he did stop and listened to what I had to say..

but informed me that he and the company can not do anything about it as she was not on the clock to he knowledge.

I told him I dont think it should matter if employees are on the clock or not onces they touch the premises wearing their uniform they represent target and should conduct themselves accordingly.

I explained that although I stop to chat with him I would still be leaving reviews all over and still contacting corporate regarding this morning run in because I know verbal communication only goes so far!

He replied with a simple okay.

The only reason Ill continue to shop here is for immediate needs only because its the closest to my home. Besides that I will start spending my money else where and I suggest others do the same!

Ever heard of lip reading? I hope one day you go deaf and have some immature person like yourself think that you were being rude when you do not reply to them. So i guess you can go into her brain and know what her eyes can see and what her ears can hear? If she is off the clock she is not working.

No Target worker owes you anything before the store opens. I find it quite odd that the rest of the entitled people on the site like you immediately quote “the hours on the door” but you failed to look yourself.

You sound extremely angry that she didn’t fall for you baiting her.

Also that it didn’t work on the store manager, Chris. Your best bet is to take your own advice and stay away.

Yes I stated I’ll continue to shop there.. only when I have too..

otherwise I will spend money else n I advised others to do the same only when they have to for their convenience.. n I don’t recall saying anyone was high I may have said the 80 dollar for Harry Potter books n 32 dollars for phone charges was high..

n if u need me to more clear I’m speaking about price wise .. but nonetheless thank you for your comment

Every time I inquire about a refund I get the runaround about how its been too long and I cant get a refund. Well hello, I didnt want a refund because it didnt fit or anything, I wanted a refund because the bedspread started falling apart almost instantly right after I got it. I tried sewing it myself but it was coming apart at the seams everywhere. I think I should get a refund no matter how long its been, especially since I got it during the pandemic. I would even take a store credit for it at the store nearest to my home.

AngryAngryAngrydont get anything online from target don't I made my order online a Hickory smoked Ham for thanks giving plus honey a frozen package of sweet peas and carrots,whip cream and a lime pie well they said it will be delivered in two hours by then I received a Tex saying they have everything but the turkey before that the charge me 60.18$ but the Tex said they do not have the Ham I told her what's the point of bringing the rest if the ham is the main reason I ordered because of thanks giving so I called and talk and they said they will return 25$ it was for the ham I said the all ordered was canceled and I need my 60 to go somewhere and buy a Ham for thanks giving so I never have my money back and after they charged me they said I only will have 25 back and will take 5 to 6 days toooo late for thanks giving I am just sad because they didn't told at target .com that they didn't have what I order I am pissed off because I wanted to make a diner for my boys thiIs miss up I am not upset and pissed off Angry

My issue is not with Target itself. It is with Target Master Card.

They are two separate entities. I was concerned and upset because I had to wait on hold for a total of 40 minutes withTarget Master Card Customer Service to speak to someone in the Dispute department....

On the evening of March 13, I called your customer service number and asked to speak with the dispute department. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and no one ever answered my call.

I placed 3 more calls and CS kept me holding on for a total of 40 minutes! This is unacceptable and reflects your wanton disregard for your customers not to mention a total lack of professionalism in conducting business. Most large companies have an option of calling you back rather than wait on hold. I wasted 40 minutes out my day with no resolution to my issue.

When I finally spoke with dispute department, they told me to call back in 24 to 48 hours! A colossal waste of my time! I will not be using your credit card going forward.

I'll stick with Disciver, Chase, BankAmericaed, and Capiral One where I am treated as a valued customer and where I have always been able to dispute a charge with no long waits, courtesy and professionalism. Customers with excellent credit such as myself have options as to where they spend their money and I choose not to use credit cards where speaking to the appropriate people turns into a nightmare!

Will not be ordering anything from Target online again! First, I ordered a package containing a vinyl record and the box was in shambles, plus the record was literally split down the middle.

Then, I submitted for a replacement and they sent a CD and the system updated the order for that. Called to say I got the wrong item, and even though I submitted photos, they said their system shows a CD and not the original vinyl I purchased --- EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PHOTO PROOF AND SUBMITTED THAT WITH THE REPLACEMENT REQUEST!!! So then, I get refunded for the price of the CD which is less than the price of the vinyl. Granted, I bought it with a buy 2 get 1 free special but I would never have bought a cd because of the low value so I lost in my savings that I would've gotten with the Vinyl record.

Then they had the audacity to ask if I wanted to purchase the vinyl record from them and I said no way, I'm already out my expected savings and it's only going to show up damaged anyways. I will never purchase from Target.com again and I certainly wouldn't recommend anybody purchasing anything fragile as it won't be packaged properly and be sent broken, and avoid the nightmare of trying to explain to the help center because they won't take hard evidence over their system's and warehouse faults.

On 3/02/2024, at approximately 4:30 pm, I visited the Target store located on East Laburnum Avenue, in Richmond, Virginia to confront a matter concerning my daughter. I'd been there twice previously, and spoke with manager Joshua and Deshon.

Both were very easant and understanding of the situation which involved an AP named Lei. This person is very condescending, rude and disrespectful. She turned an oversight on my daughter's part to what's now a major catastrophe. She provided a very hostile customer experience.

At the end of which, she called the authorities, shared her fabricated version, and then had me banned from that particular location.

I nor my daughter have never had an issue at that store. I was disrespected and totally embarrassed!

So the 40yo Target security is angry because she didn’t have a good home life like your daughter does. The security/police don’t understand kids and were bullied when they were younger.

Quite a stretch. Ironic too, considering bullying is your daughter’s explanation for shoplifting.

I even tried telling the authorities this was my daughter's first offense, and she was peer pressured and bullied into stealing. I know my daughter did wrong.

I am not denying this. It was the rude way we were approached, her friends were charged as well. She has anger issues and is probably angry that she is a woman in her 40s making minimum wage while my 15-year-old daughter probably has a better family life than her. She is taking her bad life out on my daughter.

I know my daughter did wrong and talked to hear about it. It was the rude way they handled the situation. They were not understanding. I even offered to buy the chocolate myself.

They told me that I was encouraging my daughter in front of the parents of the other girls and their parents. This was embarrassing. I am not denying my daughter did wrong.I talked to to her. it was them not being understanding about kids, probably because they were bullied as kids or were not happy when they were her age.

But just because they had bad lives does not mean they should take it out on my child. We never had an issue with Target before, and I always paid for stuff. Now I am being banned as well as my daughter.

Please reconsider this and please fire your LP, AP. and Lie, they have sad miserable lives and are taking it out on a child.

I am not going to deny it, my daughter was stealing, but it was not her idea, she was with a group of friends and they pressured her into it. She even said no, but they bullied her and said she was a chicken and mocked her.

She was forced to shoplift. It was not much, just a chocolate bar. The LP was rude and we were both banned from the store.

BTW I did talk to my daughter and tell her she needs better friends and she was wrong, but I wanted them to understand she was bullied and peer pressured into stealing a chocolate bar that cost less than a dollar. It was to join their club

That has no place in this discussion. I applaud Target for calling the authorities and being smart enough to get actions on both sides documented.

Extremely upset

I opened a red card at the end of October. I wanted 5% off my items because I just moved into a new home.

They sent my bill to my old address, not what was on the application. Here I am wondering why I did not get the bill. I walked into Target asking to pay it, but they can't let me because I do not have a card yet. I paid it as direct deposit through Target and they said it ended in 0201.

None of my accounts end in 0201. However, the check number is 0201. I was not contacted and left unaware of the situation. It is hard to write this without being emotional.

I went back to target and purchased some more. Neither of my purchases went over the credit limit. However now it is. I called to make the payment on this new purchase where I found out about the last payment not going through.

I paid everything my way from my bank. Down to zero. This did not stop Target from trying to destroy my credit. 103 points down in just 3 weeks of owning the red card.

I am disputing this of course because now the account is paid and closed. At least I think it is closed. I asked for documentation. Target said OK but surprise I did not get it.

For a store that I used to love to shop at this is beyond disappointing. I am hoping someone reads this and retracts what the company placed on my credit report. I from this day no longer shop at and let people know about my experience. This is damaging and should never happen to anyone.

When my credit report goes back to normal, I will shop at Target again without the red card and tell people how nice it was working with corporate. I hope this can be fixed.

It was not a Target card opened at the end of October that dropped your score 103 points. If you only had the card three weeks, that is not long enough to get a thirty day past due hit against your credit.

Purchased ring cameras,October 14 2023 and did not honor their gift cards They were promoting because of error on their ad that they didnt correct for days later hours is understandable for a mistake but days later is a little absurd

Hundreds of employees and no one could catch this within a few hours ridiculous. Customer service was absolutely no help.

All they kept saying was sorry there was nothing they could do about it.

I could return the cameras if I liked to but what they failed to understand is the same day I received the cameras I paid $100 for someone to install them, all the sorry in the world will not fix this issue honor your ad you posted! I feel completely scammed because of your false advertisement

Store of inclusion doesn't include Christians or other faith's holidays anymore

Target used to have very clever and touching Christmas commercials... this year we were BLASTED by loud techno-pop "I never knew that there was a love like this before." The jingle is loud, disturbing and just inappropriate for the season.

They could use it all the way up to Valentines day and beyond.

I did not even step foot into target this year because of the loud obnoxious advertisements. I saw nothing traditional from them this year... NOTHING not even Santa Claus.

Bring back Christmas... make a mix of the holidays...

Christmas, Eid, Kwanza, Hanukkah .. ALL of them... but stop it with the loud techno jingle that wakes the sleeping people up when you watch TV late at night...

that thing was 3x louder than anything on TV.

I am not the online the feels like this in my community. I have even transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy to get away from that jingle.

Never sent out my package

I bought a Xbox X series and I never received it when I called target about it they said to take it up with my bank because it was ordered through them but not from target it self I informed them that I went on there site and ordered it from there target online and the very rude associate Inform me that I should of went in the store instead of online and that was all the help that I would get and to be honest that is horrible store policy and that I was not 100% satisfied with my experience that they say so much about how target care about there customers well I guess I'm not good enough as a paying customer who never got is item or any type of compensation all I got was call your bank maybe they will fix it HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I just got in contact with them and talked to several different people but they ended up giving me a full refund for the vaccum I ordered that I didn't recieve .

Hello I ordered a bunch of items about two weeks ago or so . The vaccum I ordered says delivered shows a picture but I never received it . I can't tell from the picture if it's even my apartment it's in front of bc it doesn't show the letter or anything and all these apartments look identical . I had to call 911 for my daughter this day it was supposedly delivered on and I didn't get home til late that night . I tried to follow the steps it shows but it said something about they were unable to process . Thank you kassie mcderment
